    Dissolution of the Sturmabteilung

    Following the arrest and death of Wilhelm Krüger, Falkenhayne supervised the legal dissolution of the Sturmabteilung and the redistribution of its personnel, assets, and administrative responsibilities. The operation significantly strengthened the authority of the Reich government and brought an end to the SA as an independent political force.

    The Krüger Affair

    As Reich Minister of the Interior, Falkenhayne directed the administrative investigation into Oberster SA-Führer Wilhelm Krüger and his supporters. Working alongside the Reich Main Security Office, the Ministry uncovered evidence of unauthorized political organizing and activities deemed detrimental to state stability.
